WINCH-OUT & RECOVERY
- SHOULDER & DITCH RECOVERYSlid off the road, dropped a wheel into a ditch, or high-centered on a curb. We winch it back with the right angle so nothing else gets damaged.
- SAND, MUD & DIRTStuck on a hillside road, a construction lot or a wash. Steel cable, proper anchoring, slow controlled pull.
- PARKING STRUCTURES & TIGHT SPOTSStuck on a ramp or a wheel stop in a garage? The recovery gear works where a bigger truck can't.
- ASSESSED BEFORE WE PULLThe driver checks the vehicle first. If a winch would cause damage, we tell you and load it instead.
- DRIVE AWAY OR RIDE THE FLATBEDMost winch-outs end with you driving off. If the vehicle isn't safe to drive, it goes on the deck in the same visit — one call, one price.

HOW IT WORKS
QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
What counts as a winch-out?
Any time the vehicle has to be pulled back onto a surface it can drive on — ditch, shoulder, sand, mud, or a curb it's hung up on. It's priced separately from a tow, and quoted before we start.
Will winching damage my car?
Not when it's done right. The driver picks the anchor point and angle for your vehicle. If a pull would cause damage, we say so and load it onto the flatbed instead.
Can you recover a vehicle on a hillside or dirt road?
Yes, within the truck's safe reach. Describe the spot to the dispatcher — the more detail, the better the driver arrives prepared.
Do I have to be towed afterward?
Only if the vehicle can't be driven safely. Most winch-outs end with you driving away.
How fast can you get here?
Fast dispatch across the West Valley — the dispatcher gives you the exact ETA on the call.
