Do you do roadside assistance without towing?
Yes. Jump starts, lockouts, tire changes and fuel delivery are stand-alone services. You only pay for a tow if you actually need one.
How fast can you get to me in Northridge?
Fast dispatch across the West Valley — the dispatcher gives you the exact ETA on the call, based on where our truck is right now. We don't quote a number we can't keep.
What if the jump start doesn't work?
Then it isn't the battery, or the battery is finished. Either way the flatbed is already there, and we can take the car to your mechanic or to a shop in one trip.
Can you unlock any car?
Most makes and models, non-destructively. Some newer vehicles with advanced locks may need a dealer key — we'll tell you on the phone if yours is one of them.
How do I pay?
Cash, credit and debit cards, or Zelle — arranged at booking, price quoted before the truck moves.
