HOW IT WORKS
COMMERCIAL COLLISION DAMAGE?
Collision Link Specialists in Northridge repairs box trucks, cargo vans, cutaways and work trucks up to 20,000 lb GVWR — the same weight class our flatbed carries — with direct commercial-insurance billing and fleet accounts. One call moves the unit from the roadside into their bay.
VISIT COLLISION LINK SPECIALISTS →QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
What is the largest vehicle you can tow?
Up to 20,000 lb GVWR on a heavy flatbed — 16-foot box trucks, high-roof cargo vans, cutaways and one-ton work trucks. Semi tractors and trailers are outside our range, and we'll say so on the call rather than waste your time.
Do you work with fleets and dispatchers?
Yes. Call the same number; tell the dispatcher it's a fleet unit. You get a real ETA and price before we move, and one invoice afterward.
Can you tow a loaded box truck?
Usually yes, as long as the total weight stays within 20,000 lb. Tell us what's on board so the driver brings the right equipment.
Where can you take a damaged commercial truck?
Anywhere in the Valley or greater LA. If it needs collision repair, Collision Link Specialists in Northridge takes trucks and vans up to 20,000 lb — the same class we carry — and we deliver directly to their bay.
How do we pay as a business?
Cash, cards or Zelle at booking; fleet accounts can arrange invoicing with the dispatcher.
