Do you use a wheel-lift for motorcycles?
No. Motorcycles only go on the flatbed, upright and strapped. A wheel-lift or dolly is how bikes get scratched or dropped.
My bike was in a crash and won't roll — can you still take it?
Yes. We winch it up carefully and secure it. Tell the dispatcher what's damaged so the driver brings the right straps.
Can you take it to a shop that fixes motorcycle bodywork?
